Hi Linda,
All of our inflatables are designed with with far more anchoring locations than are required by ASTM guidelines, and include anchoring stakes. However if you need to anchor them in a scenario where stakes don't work, such as indoors, please add the optional sand bag anchors.
Of course all inflatables must be anchored at all times.

The size of this inflatable when it is packed up for storage depends on the method with which it is rolled or folded. I can provide the dimensions of the box that this inflatable ships in so you can get an idea of the general amount of space that it takes up when it is not in use.
The box dimensions for the Magic Castle 13 are 43 x 30 x 19 inches. Please note that this product is machine rolled for packaging. The actual size when storing this product after inflation may be a bit larger.

Commercial orders ship within 1 week, and typically ship via truck freight on a pallet. You must be home to sign for delivery, and deliveries typically occur within 5 to 7 business days from the date of purchase.
Commercial grade inflatables are much heavier and must ship via LTL shipping, so you will be contacted by the carrier a day or so prior to delivery to schedule a delivery appointment.

All of our inflatables have the required amount of anchor loops in the corners and various other points on the inflatable. The quantity and location are engineered to wind uplift standards and vary by item. To use the sand bags, you will simply fill them with sand or gravel and tie/clamp the bags to the anchor loops.
We do not have specific data demonstrating that freezing temps negatively affect the material, but you certainly do not want to leave them outside or attempt to use them in freezing conditions.

What To Expect From Your Inflatable
Blast Zone Inflatables use a constant flow of air, fed from the included blower. As air is pumped in, some escapes through the seams in the material. This creates a stronger inflatable with ideal air pressure, so your Bouncer or Water Park supports as much playing as your kids want to do. Escaping air is all a part of the process.

You Just Need a Garden Hose
Blast Zone Inflatable Water Parks and Slides include a sprayer system that attaches to a garden hose, keeping the slides just slippery enough to slide. A Flow restrictor reduces water use. You can also adjust the flow yourself by adjusting the spigot. The sprayers only require a minimal amount of water to maintain flow on the slides, and Splash Areas have water outlets to keep water levels no more than 6" for safety.

Fast, Frustration-Free Setup
Blast Zone inflatables are up and ready for play in a matter of minutes - with most taking less than 2 minutes to inflate. To set up your bouncer or water park, simply unroll it, hook the inflation tube to the blower, stake it down and turn the blower on. To take your inflatable down, just turn off the motor and it deflates on its own. Units roll up to the size of a medium to large sleeping bag and can be stored in the supplied storage case.
