We purchased this bouncer to replace one that wasn't quite working the way we intended. The customer service rep we dealt with was OUTSTANDING and immediate with handling our concerns. I'd buy from Blastzone again just because I know I will be taken care of. Oh yes and their bounce houses are definitely quality!
