Awesome customer service when I placed the order, I wanted it for my daughters' 2nd birthday but I didn't want to pay the extra charge for guaranteed 2-day shipping. Representative asked where I lived and said that unless some unforeseen weather came up, that I should receive my order before the birthday party and that she would make sure it got on the truck out for delivery that day even though I called after there 2pm cut off time. It was the fastest regular shipping I have even got from any online purchase! Ordered it late Tuesday and arrived mid Thursday for the Saturday party!! Best price around too!! Almost bought it out of desperation through T"R"U (you can guess what big toy retailer that stands for…) and they wanted $200 more plus they charged for regular shipping and don't even asks how much it would cost for guaranteed shipping, an extra $60! Oh, they even charged an "oversized fee"! Buy from Blast Zone and you'll be taken care of 100%!
