I purchased this water park 4 years ago and the material started to separate on the slide and I couldn't repair it. I called blast zone and asked if they had a repair kit, but they did not. Even though I was more than a year past the warranty they still took care of me under the warranty. Most companies look for a way to not use their warranties and now I'm a blast zone customer for life.
