Orders placed by 2 p.m. Pacific Time are normally processed the same day, shipping from the West coast. Should an unexpected delay in shipping occur, we will notify you by telephone or e-mail of the new projected shipping date and provide you with an opportunity to keep your order or cancel it for a prompt and complete refund

Please allow an additional 1 to 5 business days after the shipment date for ground delivery. (weekends and holidays are not considered business days).

Fraud Alerts

For your safety, Blast Zone employs a number of fraud detection programs and protocols. Please note, these protocols occasionally lead to order delays or automatic cancellations. Please make sure all your billing information provided matches your credit card providers records.

Shipping Costs and Times

Free shipping items Get Free Shipping without hidden fees. At Blast Zone, all orders qualify for Free Ground shipping within the 48 contiguous US states, which means no worries about extra Costs.

Once the item ships, please allow an additional 1-5 business days for ground delivery to your door. Commercial shipments requiring LTL service may take a few extra days for delivery, and commonly require a delivery appointment. Orders over $1,000 and/or 150 Lbs. typically ship LTL.

When available, expedited shipping options will be offered to you in your cart. Orders shipped with expedited delivery options are not eligible for Blast Zone's Free Shipping.

Free Shipping

Get Free Shipping without hidden fees. Blast Zone offers Free Shipping everyday on 100% of our products. Some restrictions do apply. Here are the details: Free shipping orders will be delivered via a standard ground shipping method selected by Blast Zone. Express shipping orders are not eligible for Free Shipping. Not available on International, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO orders. Only standard ground shipping orders to residential and commercial addresses in the continental US are eligible for Free Shipping. Blast Zone reserves the right to end or change this Free Shipping offer at any time

APO / FPO

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer APO/FPO shipping at this time. We hope to offer this service in the future.

LTL Freight Items

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery once the item has been shipped. A carrier representative will call you to schedule a convenient time to deliver your item. Someone over the age of 18 will be required to be present to sign for the delivery and ID will be required for verification purposes. Please be aware that your order will be delivered on a Tractor Trailer type vehicle and reasonable access needs to be available for the driver to safely maneuver his vehicle. The driver is only required to deliver your order to the Curb. Inside Delivery is not available for your order. It may also be necessary for someone to assist the Delivery Driver to safely unload your order if a Lift Gate is not available or requested. If Access or Assistance is going to be an issue, you may request to pick up your order at the Freight Company's Loading Dock at no additional charge to you.

Packaging Damage
Prior to signing for your order please make sure to inspect the Packaging for any signs of damage. If any substantial damage is present that you feel may have affected your item please refuse the shipment and Do Not Sign the Delivery Receipt. Once the order is refused, please contact us promptly at service@vortexco.com or call (877) 889-4685 and speak to one of our Customer Service Specialists so we can complete the claim and process a replacement order. If the damage to the package is minor and you feel your order has not been affected you can still accept the shipment but make sure to note the delivery receipt with the exact nature of the damage.

Concealed Damage
Immediately after receiving your order, open and inspect your item for any signs of "Concealed Damage." Concealed damage is product that is damaged, while the packaging looked to be damage-free. In the event that you encounter any concealed damage contact the carrier within 48 hours to report the damage. You will need to retain your copy of the delivery receipt as well as all of the original packaging materials for proper claim documentation. If possible, digital photos should also be taken to further support any claims. Once you have contacted the carrier, please contact us promptly at orders@vortexco.com or call (877) 889-4685 and speak to one of our Customer Service Specialists so we can complete the claim and process a replacement order.

Canadian Orders

Blast Zone is pleased to accept Canadian orders. If a product cannot be shipped to Canada, you will be notified in the cart. Many Canadian orders ship through Ontario, but some may ship from the US, based on stock levels. For up-to-date availability in Canada, please see the product detail page at BlastZoneCanada.com

Shipping Rates
All Canadian orders are subject to additional shipping fees, and are not eligible for Free Shipping offers. If you would like to determine the shipping costs before placing your order, please call 1-877-889-4685, or email us at orders@vortexco.com. Your shopping cart will also display Canadian shipping rates at checkout.

Customs and Brokerage Fees
Canadian orders shipping from the US may be subject to tariffs, customs duties, brokerage fees and associated assessments. These fees may include Import Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT) and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. The shipping charge by Blast Zone does not include any of these fees. Customs fees are normally billed by the company delivering the package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on packages that are refused or sent back to Blast Zone due to unexpected tariffs and customs fees.

International Orders

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer International shipping to countries other than Canada at this time. We hope to offer this service in the future.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

In many cases, Blast Zone can ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories. For these orders, simply proceed through checkout as usual. When available, orders will receive a shipping cost at checkout. **Please Note: When we are able to ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories, they will require extra time for delivery and will be charged additional shipping fees. These orders are not eligible for Free Shipping offers.

WARRANTIES

BLAST ZONE ® NINETY (90) DAY LIMITED WARRANTY (Residential Inflatables) 

Blast Zone ® Residential Grade Inflatables are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for Ninety (90) Days from date of purchase. In order to establish eligibility, your original order number will be required. In the rare case of defect, products covered by this Blast Zone ® Limited Warranty will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. Blast Zone will, at its election, replace or make appropriate adjustment or repair to the product where Blast Zone's ® inspection discloses any defects in material or workmanship occurring in normal usage within Ninety (90) days after purchase. Please note that in order to expedite processing, in some circumstances it may be necessary for you to send photographs of the product for Blast Zone's ® evaluation, or to cut off and return your Product's blower tube to Blast Zone ®. If return shipping of a product covered under this Limited Warranty is required, Blast Zone ® will pay the reasonable charges for such shipping at no cost to you. Products requiring replacement will be replaced with the same product, or a similar product of equal or greater value.

What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover:
While Blast Zone ® Residential Grade Inflatables are designed to withstand the tests of time under residential use conditions, they are not designed or sold for Commercial or Rental use, and all warranties are void under such circumstances. This Limited Warranty Shall Not Apply To Any Blast Zone ® Product:

Subject to misuse, whether due to intentional acts, common negligence, or accident.
That is not operated in accordance with the printed instructions that accompany the product.
That has been operated beyond the rated capacity of the product or in extreme weather conditions.
That has been repaired or altered by anyone other than Blast Zone ®.
That develops mold or mildew because it was stored wet. (IMPORTANT: It is crucial that all products and items, especially water parks, be STORED DRY. Mildew or mold may develop if stored wet and this Limited Warranty does not cover the presence of mild or mildew due to improper care or storage.)

How To Obtain Warranty Service:

DO NOT RETURN TO STORE.

To obtain warranty service, please contact Blast Zone ® by calling (877) 889-4685, emailing service@vortexco.com, or writing to: Blast Zone ® Limited Warranty, P.O. Box 277, Benicia, CA 94510. Replacements may take up to four (4) weeks for delivery. Please be prepared to provide us with your original order number. In some circumstances, the retailer's warranty may supersede Blast Zone's ® Limited Warranty. Under those circumstances, you may be required to contact your Blast Zone ® retailer. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will instruct you on how to proceed.

Note: Blast Zone ® Inflatables are designed to release air pressure through the seams and material. It is normal to feel or hear air escaping or see bubbles in water parks. Pin holes are a normal part of the manufacturing process, and are not cause for concern.

The sole and exclusive remedy of buyer under this Limited Warranty is Blast Zone's ® obligation to repair or replace the product at no cost to the buyer for Ninety (90) Days from the purchase date. IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THAT OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. BLAST ZONE ® EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BEYOND SHIPPING COSTS FOR COVERED PRODUCTS.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

This Is Blast Zone's ® Exclusive Residential Grade Inflatable Written Warranty

BLAST ZONE ® TWO (2) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (Commercial Inflatables) 

Blast Zone ® Commercial/Rental Grade Inflatables are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for Two (2) Years from date of purchase. In order to establish eligibility, your original order number will be required. In the rare case of defect, products covered by this Blast Zone ® Limited Warranty will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. Blast Zone ® will, at its election, replace or make appropriate adjustment or repair to the product where Blast Zone's ® inspection discloses any defects in material and workmanship occurring in normal usage within Two (2) Years after purchase. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. BLAST ZONE ® EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY AS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSES OF BUYER. TO THE EXTENT THAT SOME STATES DO NOT PERMIT FOR THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, ANY SUCH WARRANTIES THAT ARISE ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

BLAST ZONE ® RETURN POLICY

Blast Zone ® is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with its products, but please note that Blast Zone ® does not provide "Free Rentals". Our product return policy is explained below:

New Products In Unopened Packaging: New, unused products or items with unopened packaging may be returned for refund. Returns of these products may be subject to a restocking fee equivalent to 20% of the purchase price.

Used Products: Blast Zone ® DOES NOT provide refunds for products or items that have been opened or used.

Note: In some circumstances, the retailer's return policy may supersede Blast Zone's ® Return Policy. Under those circumstances, you may be required to contact your Blast Zone ® retailer.

ELECTRIC BLOWER WARRANTY
BLAST ZONE ® ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Blast Zone ® Electric Blowers are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for One (1) Year from date of purchase. In order to establish eligibility, your original order number will be required. In the rare case of defect, Blowers covered by this Blast Zone ® Limited Warranty will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. Blast Zone ® will, at its election, replace or make appropriate adjustment or repair to the Blower where Blast Zone ® inspection discloses any defects in material or workmanship occurring in normal usage within One (1) Year after purchase. Please note that in some circumstances it may be necessary for you to return the Blower to Blast Zone ® for evaluation. If return shipping of a Blower covered under this Limited Warranty is required, Blast Zone ® will pay the reasonable charges for such shipping at no cost to you. Electric Blower Units requiring replacement will be replaced with the same unit or a unit of equal or greater value.

This Limited Warranty Shall Not Apply To Any Blast Zone ® Electric Blower:
