We purchased the Residential version of the Dual Great White Shark 4 years ago for our daughter's birthday and it is still in great condition. I am on the website today simply to replace the sprayer. The key to long lasting use is to run the slide on a dry surface the day after use for several hours to ensure that all of the moisture is removed before storage. We typically use the slide 4-5 times a years and it has taken tons of abuse (mostly from the boys) as the kids have grown and gotten bigger. We really can't believe it lasted this long! We strongly recommend these products.
