Before even ordering I called Cust Serv, to confirm I would receive the shipment within a certain date, as I had an event coming up. They said"no problem" so I went ahead with my order. Had been tracking the package and Fedex website said it would be delivered the day before my event, ehich was okay, When I called Fedex to confirm they said they would not make the delivery as they were behind. I called cust service but they did nothing, i even mention that this was super important as I am starting up a business, but they did not care, and said to me "so do you want to cancel the order?" needless to say i do not think i will ever use this company again for my future business,<br /> <br /> Blast Zone Response:  The shipment appears to have been delayed in Transit by FedEx.  Upon review of this file, the order was placed on 6-11, at 4:37PM and shipped on 6-12 - the first available departure.  In a case where there is a delivery exception, resolution is up to the shipping company, as Blast Zone has no control over the operations of the shipping company.  However with LTL service, there are no guaranteed delivery dates, and appointments must be made for delivery.  <br /> <br /> Because Blast Zone resolution is dependent on shipping carriers, the only resolution the Blast Zone representative could offer in such a case was to intercept and return the shipment for a refund, which is what the rep offered at this time, which was the resolution offered.
