The ordering and delivering process was easy and painless. It got delivered really quick. Great service. The castle is the hit in our house. It is really durable material and inflates in minutes. The taking down part is fairly easy. We got a tarp for underneath and just roll the whole thing up in it for storage. The only thing to know up front is for this size it needs two people to move it. It is very heavy. It is all we hoped for and our kids love it. Even we are playing in there with them. Great product.
