Hi Ashley, You may choose to have commercial inflatables shipped to your residence, as long as your residence is accessible to freight trucks. You will want to choose "liftgate" shipping at checkout, so the truck is equipped with a gate elevator to lower the product to the ground. This is an extra charge, as it requires the carrier to use a special truck, rather than a standard truck that is designed for loading docks. We absorb most of the cost and pass on a small portion to the customer. If you do not choose "liftgate" you will need to physically carry the product with pallet from truck-height to the ground if the truck arrives without the liftgate.
