Hi Christina, As long as the users are within the weight guidelines (100 Lbs per user for Blast Zone Inflatables), the structure will support them with little sagging. If the structure does not support the listed weight and there is no visible tear, it is possible that the material laminate inside is corroded by mildew, allowing air to escape through the material, or the blower is obstructed.
