Hi Rick, The products are manufactured using primarily 18oz vinyl, and therefore the actual physical product weight is in line with, or even on the heavy side of the commercial inflatable standard (assuming most commercial inflatables are at a standard of 15 oz or less), so we are not entirely sure about the comment about the weight. Including the blower, this product weights approximately 250 Lbs. We'd advise to beware of commercial inflatables that are substantially lower weight than these industry standards, as the lighter weight vinyl available is not developed for long-term use. As far as the options - the products come with ground stakes, blower, etc, however sand bags are a paid option since not all users need these.
