Hi Dean, The Princess Palace Combo measures in at 8 ft high, so it would not fit in your 7ft basement. You may be better off with a 7 ft option like the Play Palace or Big Ol Bouncer, but even those will likely hit right at your ceiling height. In general, we recommend having some space between the top of the arch and the ceiling in order to avoid any issues caused by the inflatable rubbing against the ceiling.
