Hi Desiree, The Inflatable portion weighs around 60 Lbs. It is not hard to set up for one person, however the challenge is simply whether the person can transport the 60 Lb Inflatable. This is likely going to roll up around the size of 2 5 gallon buckets stacked on top of each other. Some people use a wagon for this purpose. Once the inflatable is in place, setup is really easy.
