Absolutely the best customer service I have ever encountered! We purchased one of their bounce houses at an auction, and after opening the box realized it was missing some parts, including the blower. I called to inquire about getting the missing parts, fully expecting to be put off because we didn"t buy the actual bounce house directly from them. I was completely taken by surprise when the lady on the phone didn't flinch, and instead offered to help me purchase the blower and include the other missing items (stakes). WOW! I told here I wasn't quite ready to purchase yet, but would be in contact later. I called back a week later and a gentlemen answered. I explained the situation to him, without letting him know that I had already spoke to someone else. He was just as professional and helpful as the person before! THIS is the epitome of customer service. The items were shipped out the same day (ordered after 4pm) and arrived the next day, in time for my daughter's birthday party. Top notch organization here.
