You hit the nail on the head. The reason our Home Use inflatables don't have roofs is to avoid entrapment hazards. We place safety first and foremost, and consider jumping in a bounce house safer than jumping on a lawn.

While the Magic Castle XL 10 is a 10' x 10' bounce house, the Big Ol' Bouncer is a 12' x 12' bouncer, making it a little bigger.
This difference in size also means the Big Ol' Bouncer can accommodate more children at a time.

The max user limit is determined based on the amount of space given for each user. While the inflatable is rated for a capacity of 100 lbs each, and 400 lbs total, the amount of space available is enough for about 5 kids.
If each user weighs 100 lbs exactly, the limit would be 4 users, but if you have a scenario where each user is 80 lbs or less, there is enough space for up to 5 users to bounce safely.

As long as the users are within the weight guidelines (100 Lbs per user for Blast Zone Inflatables), the structure will support them with little sagging. If the structure does not support the listed weight and there is no visible tear, it is possible that the material laminate inside is corroded by mildew, allowing air to escape through the material, or the blower is obstructed.

All Blast Zone Inflatables include the blower! I tis actually against manufacturing regulations to sell an inflatable without a blower, as ASTM manufacturing standards require a very specific type of blower for the inflatable.
Any "manufacturer" selling inflatables without a blower is engaged in questionable practices, but it seems to be becoming prevalent.

We definitely recommend bringing it in daily, to avoid the pitfalls of pets, sun over exposure, rain, lawnmowers, etc. The bounce houses are really easy to put away. You should be able to put it away within 10 minutes, 5 once you're a pro.

This inflatable's size when folded up is dependent on how it is rolled or folded, and how tightly it is rolled or folded. If you are squeezing out the excess air, it can be rolled up like a sleeping bag to be fairly compact for storage.
In general, this item ships in a box that measures at 16 x 16 x 28 inches. It is machine rolled, so it is difficult to get it rolled that tightly by hand, but that should give you an idea of its general size when it is rolled or folded for storage.

The Magic Castle XL 10 measures at approximately 13'L x 10'W and the Big Ol Bouncer is larger at approximately 15' D x 12'. The Magic Castle XL 10 is taller, but the Big Ol Bouncer has a larger bounce surface and a higher weight capacity.

As long as all users are within the 100 lb weight capacity, either of these inflatables would be a great option. However, since it sounds like you'll be having multiple kids playing on the inflatable, I would recommend the Big Ol Bouncer. It's bigger and can accommodate more kids.

It might be possible but is not recommended.
The rubbing of the inflatable against the ceiling during use could cause friction and holes. If you have a way of covering the pillars with towels or pillowcases that may help to avoid any damage, or you can try rolling the cones into a sort of knot.
We typically recommend at least a foot of clearance above the inflatable wherever possible.

What To Expect From Your Inflatable
Blast Zone Inflatables use a constant flow of air, fed from the included blower. As air is pumped in, some escapes through the seams in the material. This creates a stronger inflatable with ideal air pressure, so your Bouncer or Water Park supports as much playing as your kids want to do. Escaping air is all a part of the process.

You Just Need a Garden Hose
Blast Zone Inflatable Water Parks and Slides include a sprayer system that attaches to a garden hose, keeping the slides just slippery enough to slide. A Flow restrictor reduces water use. You can also adjust the flow yourself by adjusting the spigot. The sprayers only require a minimal amount of water to maintain flow on the slides, and Splash Areas have water outlets to keep water levels no more than 6" for safety.

Fast, Frustration-Free Setup
Blast Zone inflatables are up and ready for play in a matter of minutes - with most taking less than 2 minutes to inflate. To set up your bouncer or water park, simply unroll it, hook the inflation tube to the blower, stake it down and turn the blower on. To take your inflatable down, just turn off the motor and it deflates on its own. Units roll up to the size of a medium to large sleeping bag and can be stored in the supplied storage case.
