Easy assemble for hours of fun with Spray N Splash 2 Water Park

I ordered the Spray N Splash 2 Water Park on a Monday for my 3, 5, and 7 year old to play with in our yard. It came nicely packaged by Saturday - just in time for our one weekend where we had no plans. My kids watched from the backdoor as I set this up by myself (without reviewing the instructions) in about 1/2 hour...that's how easy it is! The inflatable is very durable and made with heavy duty vinyl that seems like it will last. It is heavy duty, but light enough for me to set up without my husband. I set down a tarp on my lawn in my backyard after reading one of the prior reviews to keep the bottom of the slide clean of grass and mud. You'll be thankful later. There's a hose that is provided that goes from the top of the slide and runs down the side that is secured by velcro straps where you hook the hose up to...this keeps the slide wet and slowly fills the pool. It comes with a blower to inflate the water park. The long yellow tube on the side should slide onto the blower. Be sure to tie it securely or the blower may blow the tube right off. Also, stakes are provided to secure the blower to the ground. There's another smaller yellow tube on the side and this should be tied tightly while the water park is inflated. The Spray N Splash 2 Water Park was up in a matter of about two minutes using the blower. Bubbles will come out of the seams at first, but this is normal. The kids will want to walk outside of the water park on the grass and climb back in, but the tarp helped prevent a lot of the mud and grass from being trekked in. Most importantly, some water may pool or splash out when kids are playing onto the tarp, but this prevented all the mud to stick to the bottom of the water park...which I was thankful since it made putting it away easy without having to really clean it. When the kids are done, leave the water park open and let the sun soak up the water after emptying the water out. Take a few towels to wipe down the little droplets that may be left. Only thing that was difficult was figuring out how to fold it up like the way it came packaged. Not the biggest deal since the heavy duty vinyl bag provided was big enough for how I rolled it up to store it. The Spray N Splash 2 Water Park was worth every penny! Easy assemble for hours of fun!!

A Big Hit!

After thoroughly searching the web and reading reviews, I purchased this slide and have been very happy (so far) that I did. It came within 3 days of ordering it! It actually was 3 days too long for my grandkids :D We used it today for the first time. Like the reviews indicated, it was a snap to set up. Several reviews said the take down was laboriouswhich worried me. I had my adult daughter help me dran, deflate, and move to our cement patio where I re-inflated it and propped it up on the boxes that it came in for the slide to dry on all surfaces. That wasn't hard at all, but I still need to fold it up and put it away. Hopefully that won't be too hard. My grandkids LOVED it and the adults loved sitting in the shade watching them scream with delight! The only draw back was it attracted neighbor kids...just kidding, we were happy to let them join in the fun. I am glad that I purchased it even after being apprehensive.

This is awesome!

After scouring the internet for weeks, comparing specs and reading reviews, I finally decided to purchase this slide from blast zone. Blast zone was having a sale, so I figured for the price, it was worth giving the spray and splash 2 a try. To my surprise, the listed price was the TOTAL amount charged! No additional charge for tax or shipping! The slide arrived within a few days and my family was eager to try it out. I set the slide up quickly with ease. It was actually larger than what I had envisioned, which sounds silly because the dimensions were given in the listed specifications. Seeing it completely set up and in person though is a lot different than simply reading the WxHxL. Taking it down was equally simple. Turn off the blower, allow the water to drain and simply leave out until completely dry. It will fold and roll into the size of large sleeping bag. I bought a 30 gallon storage tub because I did not have the patience to try and fold perfectly in order to cram into the storage bag provided. My children are 5 and 2. The 2 year old has difficulty climbing alone but that does not deter her interest one bit. My 5 year old is over 4ft y'all and weighs just over 50lbs. She has plenty of room to still grow with this slide. I have had some of their friends over to play and they all have LOVED it! This is truly the very best "toy" investment we have made in our 5 years of parenting! It seems to be very durable and I expect to get tons of use out of it. We will definitely look to blast zone for future purchases such as the combo water parks! Thanks Blast Zone for cooling us down this summer!!!

Makes the backyard FUN in the summer heat

By the time we had owned this slide for two days, it had supplied both a day of family fun and a great deal of extra enjoyment at a birthday party. The biggest complaint we have is that it's not really built for adults, because the adults who see it want to try it too. Alas, out of respect for the weight limits, we'll leave the fun to the kids. Set-up is quick and easy. Clean-up is a bit of a pain, and is better as a 2-person job, but it's doable. We love that it is designed so that the kids don't have to leave the slide pool to get to the back of the slide. It dries relatively quickly as long as you have cleaned up any large puddles and have re-inflated it as per the instruction. While I could wish for it to be a bit less heavy and unwieldy, I appreciate that it appears to be quite well made, and much of the weight comes from the better materials. We're looking forward to many more wet afternoons on the Spray N Splash 2!

Spray N Splash 2

The Spray N Splash 2 water slide is easy to set up. I am able to do it without any assistance. Simply lay it out,attach the black sprinkler head hose into the velcro tabs and put the stakes in just barely into the ground. Connect the blower and inflate. Once you see where it will actually sit adhust the stakes and puond them into the ground. Attach your water hose to the sprinkler head hose and turn on the water. It's that easy! My 3 year old granddaughter and 5 year old grandson both love it. Lots of fun on warm summer days. The surround pool keeps grass out of the water since they can slide down and rund around to go again without getting out of the pool.

Blast Zone again does not disappoint. We own a 10' bounce house, which is very well-made and durable. This water slide is on-par with Blast Zone's quality products. The kids love it. It wears them out (keeps Mom & Dad happy because they 'want' to go to bed early!). Spend the extra money on the longer built-in heavy duty extension cord - it is well worth it. Slide was a hit at party

We used the Spray N Splash 2 Water Park inflatable at our grandson's 4th birthday party and the children loved it! An excellent feature of this inflatable is that after each slide it isn't necessary to exit the pool in order to climb back up and slide again. No grass or dirt was tracked into the pool section so the water stayed clean. The entire inflatable is very well made and the perfect size for family as well as party use, without being overwhelming or scary. Hours of Fun!

I purchased the Spray N Splash 2 Water Park for our 2 1/2 and 4 1/2 year old grandchildren. The slide has provided hours of fun for both kids. Even the younger child has absolutely no trouble climbing the ladder to the top of the side and there is plenty of room at the base for landing without hitting the edge of the pool. I particularly like the fact they do not need to leave the pool to get to the ladder. The Water Park was quick and easy to inflate. It was just as quick to deflate and move to the patio to dry out overnight. I was surprised how easy it was to fold and place in the storage bag.

What is the most efficient way to dry out and store the slide?

Hi Robyn,

Typically the most efficient way to dry the slide it to step on the wall to let all the water run out, run a towel over remaining water in the splash area and surfaces, and let it run inflated until the surface is dry.

Then, to dry the bottom, it is best to deflate it, move it onto a patio or someplace where the ground underneath is not wet, turn it over and let any remaining moisture dry. In some humid climates this is more challenging.

We have seen other creative ways, such as using a sump pump to pump the water through a hose to water the bushes with the water, etc.

We strongly advise against using any inflatable on concrete, especially slide. Kids will be injured when they land on the concrete, and yes, concrete will wear holes in the inflatables as well. It is important to set up the inflatable on soft ground.

Hi Anthony, We do not recommend using any type of circulating pump, as that is a dangerous, unapproved electrical device, and can cause additional hazards and potential injury. Also, there is no sump built into the inflatable to isolate water for circulation. Hi Cari,

You do not necessarily need to keep it running to dry it, but this is the easiest way. Once it deflates, it will fold in on itself, trapping moisture in the folds. Inflated, virtually all the surfaces are exposed to air, and the air moving through the inflatable will also help it dry.

The amount of time it takes to dry after use really depends on ambient temperature and humidity. In dry heat, it can really dry in just a few minutes. In cool, damp climates, it will take substantially longer.

First, step on the pool wall to drain the water, then you can use a towel to remove additional water from the surface. This will substantially shorten the drying time.

The optional sand bags will do fine anchoring the inflatable if stakes cannot be used. However, the inflatable must be anchored in some fashion at all times. Also the inflatable must be set up on a soft surface, or you risk injury to users and damage to the inflatable.

I have a slight slope in my driveway, will this hamper the set-up of the slide?

All inflatables should be set up on level ground for a number of practical and safety purposes, and we do not recommend setting them up on hard surfaces such as driveways. There is only a sheet of vinyl separating the players from the ground surface, so hard surfaces such as concrete could pose risks to the players.

It really depends on your climate. Leaving it outside deflated in prolonged (days on end) sun will have effects on it, as will allowing it to sit too long on wet ground, as mildew etc can develop underneath. With that said, many people do leave them deflated for the weekend, and store it for the week, without problems. In this case, also beware of lawnmowers and hungry pets!

Hi, You will need a soft surface to set your inflatable on, otherwise, injury can occur. Pavers/concrete, etc would not be a suitable surface for the safety of the players.

This accounts for one user on the climbing wall, and one user on the slide. 3 Additional users are allowed in the splash pool. Users shall not exceed 100 lbs each. Depending on the angle of the ground, water may accumulate up to approximately 10" However, we recommend running the sprayer system at the lowest flow required to lubricate the slide, in order to save water and make the process of drying and storing easier.

No, our blowers are not designed for use on a 220v electrical network. All of our products are ETL certified and designed for use in the US and Canada. Our blowers run off of a standard US 120v outlet. Unfortunately we are unable to recommend any converters for use with electrical sockets outside of the US.

The Spray N Splash 2 can support 1 kid at a time on the slide, 1 at a time climbing, and 3 in the splash area. The dimensions are Approx 20.5' L x 7.5' W x 8' H (Top of Arch). It weighs 48 lbs and it can be set up by 1 to 2 people, and will likely need 2 people to take it down.

The Spray N Splash 2 has a footprint measurement of approximately 20.5' L x 7.5' W x 8' H (Top of Arch). The blower connects behind the slide, adding an additional 6-6.5 feet to the total width.

With the blower and blower tube included the total dimensions are approximately 20.5 ft L x 14 ft W x 8 ft H.

How many bags of sand do you recommend to place under it? (Size of bags)

We don't require that any sand be placed under it. It is recommended that you place your inflatable slide on level, soft grass, that if free of any rocks, sticks, or debris.

The sandbags that we sell are for weighted anchoring. A set of sandbags comes with 8 bags which can hold up to 20-25 lbs of sand each. Sand is not included.

Does my yard need to be level to set this up?

Hi Aubrey,

Though a level surface would be ideal, we understand that this is not possible for everyone. If your slope is not too extreme, it should be fine. We do recommend setting the slide up so that the water does not pool up against the base of the slide. It is better to have the outer rim of the splash area to be downhill from the slide.

Please use common-sense safety practices at all times. If your location seems unsafe for any reason, do not set up your inflatable there.

This inflatable will hold approximately 6 inches of water before it begins to flow out over the top of the inflatable.
We don't have an exact measurement on how much water this uses, but the sprayer systems only require a very low flow of water to activate the sprayers.

How It Works

What To Expect From Your Inflatable

Blast Zone Inflatables use a constant flow of air, fed from the included blower. As air is pumped in, some escapes through the seams in the material. This creates a stronger inflatable with ideal air pressure, so your Bouncer or Water Park supports as much playing as your kids want to do. Escaping air is all a part of the process.
You Just Need a Garden Hose

Blast Zone Inflatable Water Parks and Slides include a sprayer system that attaches to a garden hose, keeping the slides just slippery enough to slide. A Flow restrictor reduces water use. You can also adjust the flow yourself by adjusting the spigot. The sprayers only require a minimal amount of water to maintain flow on the slides, and Splash Areas have water outlets to keep water levels no more than 6" for safety.
