Hi Miranda, The sprayer can be plugged by dirt, sand, debris, etc. You can turn them off and blow on the sprayer to blow the debris back out, or stick something like a toothpick in each sprayer hole. It's always good to have a hose washer with a screen. Sincerely, Blast Zone Support
